1. SCHEDULE A CONSULTATION
Schedule an appointment to create personalized designs. Contact our office by calling 810.667.4156, writing an email to office@mccombmonument.com, or clicking the Scheduling a Consultation below.
At the appointment with our designer, you will have the opportunity to create a memorial to honor your loved one or self. The designer will provide insightful guidance while being a kind listening ear. The collaborative design space will allow you to see it take shape on the big screen.
2. WORK WITH A DESIGNER
Choose your favorite design and place a 50% deposit down. Before choosing the design you like the most, you can make as many edits and changes you desire. Ask others you love for their thoughts. Once you have chosen your favorite design and have made your first payment, we send your design to our Manufacturer.
3. CHOOSE YOUR FAVORITE DESIGN
Once we receive a CAD Proof from our manufacturer, we will ask for your approval via a virtual signature through your email/mail or by asking you to stop in the office.
4. APPROVE MANUFACTURER’S DRAWING
Visit the office to see and approve your finished memorial, place final 50% payment and we will set it in the cemetery. We are more than happy to send pictures before and after it has been set if you're out of town or live far. Once you have approved of the carved stone and we have received your last payment, our installation team will set it in the cemetery.
5. APPROVE YOUR MEMORIAL
When the weather permits and following cemetery regulations, our Installation Team will take your memorial to be set in the cemetery. Once it is set, they will be sure to give you a call to let you know. If you live out of town or request it, we are more than happy to send any pictures.
5. OUR INSTALLATION TEAM WILL INSTALL AND NOTIFY YOU.
