For-My-Family Checklist

One of our most valuable resources is the For-My-Family Checklist. While it can feel uncomfortable to think about, we encourage families to complete this checklist together while their loved one is still with them, when possible. Doing so allows you to gather important information in advance and have meaningful conversations at your own pace.

When a passing or unexpected event occurs, life can feel overwhelming and details are easily missed. This checklist is designed to guide you step by step through what needs to be done, helping ensure your loved one is cared for properly and nothing important is overlooked.

In the early days of loss, when everything feels like a blur, we hope this checklist brings a sense of clarity, organization, and peace of mind; so you can focus on what matters most- honoring your loved one and caring for yourself and your family.

If and when you feel ready, the For-My-Family Checklist is available to download as a PDF, or you are always welcome to stop by our office. We are here to support you in whatever way feels most comfortable.

Once completed, it needs to be kept a safe and secure location.
